Usando Crena, accetti questi termini. Se non accetti questi termini, non utilizzare l'app.
Uso dell'app
Crena e' un'app pensata per aiutare l'utente a gestire spese, budget, movimenti, note finanziarie, ricorrenze e altre informazioni personali legate alla gestione del denaro.
L'utente e' responsabile dell'accuratezza dei dati inseriti nell'app e dell'uso che fa delle informazioni mostrate.
Nessuna consulenza finanziaria
Crena fornisce strumenti di organizzazione personale e riepiloghi informativi. L'app non fornisce consulenza finanziaria, fiscale, legale, contabile o di investimento.
Qualsiasi decisione finanziaria presa dall'utente resta sotto la responsabilita' dell'utente.
Dati locali e responsabilita' dell'utente
I dati inseriti in Crena sono salvati principalmente sul dispositivo dell'utente, come descritto nell'Informativa sulla privacy.
L'utente e' responsabile della protezione del proprio dispositivo e della conservazione di eventuali backup o esportazioni dei dati.
Acquisti, abbonamenti e funzionalita' premium
Crena puo' offrire acquisti in-app, abbonamenti o funzionalita' premium gestiti tramite App Store e RevenueCat.
I pagamenti, i rinnovi, le prove gratuite, le cancellazioni e i rimborsi sono gestiti secondo le regole dell'App Store e dell'account Apple dell'utente.
L'utente puo' gestire o annullare un abbonamento dalle impostazioni del proprio account Apple.
Uso corretto
L'utente accetta di usare Crena in modo lecito e conforme a questi termini. Non e' consentito usare l'app per attivita' illegali, abusive, fraudolente o che possano danneggiare il servizio, lo sviluppatore o altri utenti.
Disponibilita' e modifiche
Lo sviluppatore puo' aggiornare, modificare, sospendere o interrompere alcune funzionalita' dell'app in qualsiasi momento, anche per manutenzione, miglioramenti, correzioni o ragioni tecniche.
Limitazione di responsabilita'
Crena viene fornita "cosi' com'e'" e "secondo disponibilita'". Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, lo sviluppatore non e' responsabile per perdite, danni, errori nei dati, decisioni finanziarie dell'utente, mancati backup, interruzioni del servizio o problemi derivanti dall'uso dell'app.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Crena app.
By using Crena, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
App usage
Crena is designed to help users manage expenses, budgets, transactions, financial notes, recurring payments, and other personal money-management information.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the app and for how they use the information shown.
No financial advice
Crena provides personal organization tools and informational summaries. The app does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice.
Any financial decision made by the user remains the user's responsibility.
Local data and user responsibility
Data entered in Crena is stored mainly on the user's device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The user is responsible for protecting their own device and for keeping any backups or exports of their data.
Purchases, subscriptions, and premium features
Crena may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features managed through the App Store and RevenueCat.
Payments, renewals, free trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the rules of the App Store and the user's Apple account.
The user can manage or cancel a subscription from their Apple account settings.
Acceptable use
The user agrees to use Crena lawfully and in compliance with these terms. The app may not be used for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Availability and changes
The developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue some app features at any time, including for maintenance, improvements, fixes, or technical reasons.
Limitation of liability
Crena is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for losses, damages, data errors, user financial decisions, missing backups, service interruptions, or problems resulting from use of the app.
